Echo Jiang
Area of Research: Marketing
Echo is interested in marketing. She believes that good marketing can benefit multiple parties. Happy to buy and happy to sell.
She has recently been exploring the field of art marketing, particularly gift stores and peripheral merchandise for museums and galleries. In the past, she studied the impact of cultural distance on the trade of cultural products, which made her realize that cultural goods possess a wealth of special characteristics. At the same time, Echo focuses on consumer behavior. She believes that understanding commodities and humans is what inspires manufacturers to create more interesting merchandise and what helps consumers find that item on the shelf that they love and feel a connection with.
