Sprott Club Events and Opportunities Promotion
Clubs and experiential learning courses can use this form to submit upcoming events or opportunities for promotion through the Sprott Undergraduate Student Services Office.
Approved submissions may be featured on:
- Sprott Off the Press (SOTP) newsletter
- Undergraduate Student HQ Events Calendar
- @SprottOffThePress Instagram (highlighted on a weekly post featuring upcoming events)
- Nicol Building media wall (highlighted on a slide featuring upcoming events)
When promoting your event on Instagram, please tag @SprottOffThePress or send a message to be a added as a collaborator. Please also indicate if your event is for Sprott students or open to all (students, staff and faculty from all faculties).

SOTP is distributed on the last Monday of each month. The next issue will be published Monday, March 30. Please complete the submission form by Tuesday, March 24 at 4:30 p.m. to be included in this issue.

Posted weekly. Submissions must be received by the end of the workday on Thursday to be considered for the following Monday publication.
Undergraduate Student HQ Events Calendar
Submissions can be added to the Undergraduate Student HQ Events Calendar at any time before the event.
You will receive a confirmation email with your submission.
