Tasnuva Chaudhury, PhD/25
Tasnuva Chaudhury is a graduate of Carleton University’s PhD in Management program. Her research is focused on Organizational Behaviour and Gender. Supervised by Drs. Greg Sears and Merridee Bujaki, her dissertation is entitled, “Implications of Gendered Organizational Culture: A Framework of Innovative Work Behaviour, Career Success, and Social Capital.”
During her time at Sprott, she served as president of the Sprott Graduate Research Programs Students Society, where she helped organize many professional workshops and social activities to help connect students, especially during the pandemic.
Tasnuva is an Assistant Professor (Organizational Behaviour) at the Hill Levene School of Business at the University of Regina.
