Area of Research: Management and Strategy.
My area of research is in how organizations affect social inequalities by assessing the creation of social value. My focus for study is on organizational culture, organizational change, cognition, strategy and decision making with a general interest in organizations that are stakeholders and contributors to social inequalities and social justice, particularly police organizations.
