My current research focus centres on the examination of divisive change through the lens of an organization as they proceed through a serious change of culture. How will the change be communicated and how will the employees react? The study looks to determine whether the divisive change can be implemented in a way that enables the organization to avoid undergoing severe turnover as a result of immediate departures by those unhappy with the change.
