Chelsie’s research broadly focuses on the actions employees take after experiencing interpersonal workplace mistreatment, with particular attention paid to the experiences of women and gender minority employees. Throughout her PhD, she plans to design self-directed interventions that serve to improve employee incident reporting (i.e., voice) and mitigate psychological harm that often results from mistreatment.
