Years of Work Experience: 8

I work in university administration, supporting student and alumni engagement and contributing to broader university operations. My experience collaborating with students, alumni, and community partners has shaped my strong interest in higher education and community impact. I am particularly interested in how organizations align strategy, operations, and stakeholder needs within the public and education sectors. Through my MBA, I aim to strengthen my analytical and strategic skills and prepare for roles that bridge operations, public policy, and community engagement.

Why did you choose the Sprott Professional MBA?

I chose the Professional MBA at Sprott School of Business because of its strong network and its emphasis on practical, applied learning. Given my background in higher education, I was looking for a program that would allow me to immediately apply what I learn in my professional context. The program’s flexibility and focus on real-world problem solving made it a strong fit for my goals.
