Andrea E. Bolger

Board Director, Teranet Inc.

Ms. Bolger is an experienced board member and former financial services senior executive.  She is currently on the boards of Teranet Inc. (Chair of the Board), Equitable Life Insurance Company of Canada (Chair of the Board), Laurentian Bank of Canada (Chair of the Risk Committee and member of the Technology Committee), Accessa Education Foundation and Embark Inc. (past Chair of the Board).

She is a former Executive Vice-President for RBC Royal Bank and through her 30+ year tenure with RBC she developed deep experience in strategic business leadership with a focus on commercial banking, personal lending, wealth management and enterprise-wide risk management.

Ms. Bolger is a past board member of Sagen Inc., the Capital Markets Authority Implementation Organization and a former Chair of the Board of Moneris Solutions.  Her not-for-profit interests include education and the well-being of children and she has been a board member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Children’s Aid Foundation. 

Ms. Bolger holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Business, an MBA from Concordia University and Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University.
