At Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, MBA internships are a mandatory requirement for students with less than two years of work experience. In Ontario, mandatory internships have flexibility with regards to compensation.

Our MBA candidates enjoy meeting with prospective employers, and for this we offer a variety of convenient recruitment opportunities for employers to connect with students and alumni. Employers can participate in MBA Connect (held in February each year) but are also invited to host an information session or office tour to directly interact with students.
