Description:
An organization’s reputation is probably its most valuable asset, yet reputation management is still a relatively new area. Gary Davies’ research and consultancy has focussed on the reputation of organizations of all types, sizes and nationalities. He emphasizes the key role of customer-facing employees in improving (or damaging) reputation. The gap between a firm’s reputation as seen by employees and customers can explain most increases or decreases in annual sales. These and other insights will form the basis of Gary’s talk.
