This unique program provides students with leadership development, career insights, and networking opportunities?with some of North America’s most impressive executives. Finalists earn the once-in-a-lifetime chance to spend a full day of mentorship with a CEO and their executive colleagues. 
 
Now in its 13th year, the program has matched 250+ young leaders with CEOs across Canada, providing unparalleled exposure to leadership and professional networking. We’re excited to share some of this year’s participating organizations, including:
