The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) is now accepting applications for the Digital Policy Hub fellowship program’s 2024-2025 cohort! The Digital Policy Hub is a transdisciplinary space where fellows (at undergraduate, masters, doctoral, and post-doctoral levels), industry leaders and government practitioners come together to share and develop their research on the rapid evolution and governance of transformative technologies across a variety of sectors, both in Canada and across the globe. At this time, only those applicants associated to Canadian universities and in residence in Canada are eligible – including international students. We hope to broaden eligibility to non-Canadian universities in coming cohorts. Applications are now open with the deadline of Friday, March 1st, 2024, EOD.
Participants will meet at biweekly hybrid seminars and take part in end-of-term conferences to cultivate and showcase their research. Fellowships are funded and include amenities such as office space at CIGI Campus based in Waterloo, Ontario. Cohorts will also benefit from support and research supervision from CIGI’s growing list of world-class fellows, as well as academic and industry partners.
We’d be so grateful if you can share with your networks. Some details have changed slightly from last year, so we invite you to review the materials even if you are already familiar with the program.
