Ever wondered what it’s actually like to be part of a leadership team?
The Shadow Management Program lets students work closely with experienced members of the Sprott Social Impact Hub, learning how decisions are made and how impact-driven teams function.
Students who stand out during the shadowing period may be invited to officially join the Management Team this summer. Open to all Carleton University students!
