BUSI 4111 Training and Development

BUSI 4111 Training & Development is a full year (1.0 credit) course that involves a regular class session as well as a weekly 1.5-hour session of BUSI 2101 Introduction to Organizational Behaviour that will be taught by you, with a peer partner. You will be required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation just before the start of the Fall term that will help you get ready for the year. The exact dates of this training session will be sent to you early in the summer so you can plan ahead. All books and other materials for the year will be provided to you.

If you have questions or would like more information, please contact Professor Troy Anderson or Professor Rob Smart.
