Sprott Ambassador Program
Do you have a desire to enhance your collaboration, communication, leadership, and networking skills? Do you want to network with other business students and professionals? Are you looking for an opportunity to engage and give back to your Sprott community? Would you like to kickstart your career during your time at Carleton? Look no further! Ambassador Requirements:
- Be a Sprott undergraduate student (BCom or BIB) who is eligible to continue in a Sprott Program
- Have effective time-management skills to successfully balance academic responsibilities with the commitment to an Ambassador Team
- Commit to volunteering approximately 5 hours a week

Ambassador Objectives:
- Develop communication and leadership skills
- Develop a strong network within the business school community
- Contribute to your Sprott community in a meaningful and impactful way
Sprott Ambassador Teams
Please review the descriptions and mandates of each Ambassador Team. Let us know what team you would like to join by ranking all teams from 1 to 5 (1 = top choice) in your application. Note that each team has its own mandate and commitment requirements based on team projects and goals.
- Career Ambassadors work closely with the Sprott Careers team and with the Employability Passport Coordinator to support undergraduate Sprott students with navigating their employability requirements and career skills development:
- Digital Marketing Ambassadors work as a cross-functional team supporting all Sprott Ambassador teams with their digital marketing needs, while also developing authentic, relevant, engaging, and impactful digital content that connects and supports Sprott student needs:
- Sprott Event Support Ambassadors will work closely with the Sprott Events Coordinator, gaining meaningful experience executing small and larger scale events including:
- External Relations Ambassadors (ERAs) work closely with staff and faculty to support the development of relationships and community partnerships which contribute directly to the Sprott School of Business.
