Advising appointments are available Monday to Friday, in person or virtual. You may book an appointment up to two weeks in advance, or you may book a same-day afternoon appointment when they are released at 9:00 a.m. for the day. Same-day appointments must be booked at least one hour in advance. Contact us by email to arrange a different appointment time when needed.
Note that the First Year Student Advisor may have different appointment options for first-year students throughout the week.
Please note that during peak registration periods (at the start of every term and when time-tickets open) our team is available for limited same-day appointments only (15-20 mins in length), to help students with immediate registration related needs. Responses to emails and Override Requests may be delayed during this time. Your patience and understanding is appreciated as we provide individualized student support to all Sprott students

Your Sprott Undergraduate Student Success Officer works collaboratively with you and other on-campus centralized student services offices to help advocate for your needs as a Sprott degree student. Reach out to your Student Success Officer to talk about your strategies for success; balancing academics, extra-curriculars, and work; if you need assistance in goal planning; for support navigating challenges; or just to talk about opportunities to enhance your BCom or BIB degree.
