When to see a Program Advisor
Academic planning is an integral component to ensuring your success at Sprott. We encourage you to take time to virtually meet with an academic advisor to look at your academic plan. Academic advising is available when:
- You need advice about adding or withdrawing from a course
- You are considering changing concentrations
- You are having difficulties in courses
- Your Academic Continuation Evaluation (ACE) was on Academic Warning (AW) or No Decision (ND)
- You have questions about academic continuation and requirements
- You are applying for graduation
- You are planning to go on exchange or have just returned from exchange
Sprott Undergradute Student Success Officer
Your Sprott Undergraduate Student Success Officer works collaboratively with you and other on-campus centralized student services offices to help advocate for your needs as a Sprott degree student. Reach out to your Student Success Officer to talk about your strategies for success; balancing academics, extra-curriculars, and work; if you need assistance in goal planning; for support navigating challenges; or just to talk about opportunities to enhance your BCom or BIB degree.
