Academic Advising

The Sprott Academic Advising team is located in the Sprott Undergraduate Student Services Office in 3014 Nicol Building. Our team of Program Advisors, your Student Success Officer, and the Sprott Undergraduate Administrator can work with you to support your seamless progression to graduation.

Your Sprott Undergraduate Program Advisors can work with you to develop a strong program progression plan and relevant strategies for success. We are here to help guide you in the right direction!

Drop In Advising

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
1 – 3 p.m. EDT (holidays excluded)
In person: 3014 Nicol Building

*Please note that advising drop-ins are cancelled for Tuesday, January 27th and Thursday, January 29th. We will be holding drop-ins on Wednesday, January 28th and Friday, January 30th from 1pm-3pm (in person only).

Academic advising drop-ins are a first-come, first-serve format where you can speak with an advisor one-on-one. During this time we see students in-person and via Zoom. Make sure you join with your Cmail account!

You can also email your questions to the Sprott Undergraduate Advisors at academicadvising@sprott.carleton.ca. Remember to always use your Cmail account, include your full name, student number and program information in the message.
