ROCA Volunteer Form- 2025
What is the Rotterdam Carleton International Case Competition (ROCA)?
- An international undergraduate business case competition that will be co-hosted by the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from October 19 – 24, 2025.
- It features 16 teams (4 students + 1-2 coaches) from top internationally-oriented business schools around the world.

Note: The competition will be held in person at Carleton university, therefore you need to be in Ottawa on the day you participate as a ROCA Volunteer.
What are we looking for?
Current students interested in assisting Carleton University and the Sprott School of Business in hosting ROCA 2025 as a:

· Room Monitors
· Time Keepers
· Team Ambassadors

What to expect as a ROCA Volunteer?
ROCA 2025 will take place in the Nicol Building on campus. On the day of, please arrive 20 minutes before your designated shift to check in. Lunch will be provided along with snacks, refreshments, and a competition sweater – which we ask you wear during your shift.
ROCA Volunteer training will take place in October. There, you will receive more detailed instructions specific to your role.
