MBA students are permitted to count up to 1.5 credits at the 4000-level in Business (http://calendar.carleton.ca/undergrad/courses/BUSI/), or from relevant courses in other departments at the 5000-level (with permission of the MBA Program Office).  NOTE: Refer to the Registration Priority List to see if and when you are eligible to submit an override request to register. Requests submitted before your eligibility window will be deleted.  You must meet all prerequisite requirements for courses you are considering.

To request a seat in a course outside of MBA, submit a registration override request in Carleton Central – you can follow up with the host department with any questions you may have regarding your request.

University of Ottawa Exchange

Students may opt to take electives at the University of Ottawa through our exchange program. It is strongly recommended to obtain approval for these courses as soon as possible.

Ontario Visiting Graduate Student Program (OVGS)

Graduate students enrolled at an Ontario university can compete a graduate course at another Ontario university while remaining registered at the home institution through OVGS.
