Nancy Arnold
Nancy Arnold is the Director of the Office of Quality Initiatives at Carleton University. She leads a team of professionals at Carleton University dedicated to advancing a culture of organizational excellence.
Nancy believes that collaborative leadership practices foster strong organizational culture.
In addition to working with senior leaders, faculty and staff from across the university, she enjoys any opportunity to engage with undergraduate and graduate students in leadership development. She is an active member of her local community where she coaches her three children in minor hockey and mentors coaches with Southend Minor Hockey.
An accomplished practitioner, she collaborates with colleagues nationally and internationally to push the frontiers of leading organisational practice in higher education, most notably through her work with Carleton Leader.
Nancy is a proud alumnus of Carleton University; she holds a BA in Political Science.
