Michelle is a seasoned professional with extensive
experience in leadership development, coaching, and
change management. Currently serving as the
Program Manager for Corporate Learning at the City
of Ottawa, she leads a team dedicated to supporting
employee’s growth through in-person and virtual
training options, language instruction, and innovative
learning initiatives such as mentoring and coaching
programs.
Michelle is an Associate Coach with Integral Coaching Canada, a Change Management Practitioner with APMG International and Brené Brown – Dare to Lead trained. With
experience in both private and public sectors in field such as IT, Finance, Government
and Publication, Michelle brings a unique perspective to her coaching practice, blending
analytical skills with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
