Llynne Plante

Area of Research:

Llynne has two areas of research closely linked to her professional career in science organizations and in international business. Her current are of research and focus of her PhD thesis is on the role of professional identity in a scientific organization undergoing a transformational organizational change. Her second area of interest and the focus of a recent publication is on the internationalization process of firms and factors determining the speed of internationalization and commercial success.
