With a background in Women’s and Gender Studies, Katarina’s research brings an intersectional feminist perspective to gender dynamics in the workplace and to industries more broadly. 

Katarina’s areas of research include: critical diversity & inclusion research, the effects of masculine organizational culture, womxn’s experiences of exclusion in male-dominated fields, gender performance and masculinity.
