After pursuing my undergraduate degree in Business Commerce, I decided to relocate from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to Ottawa to enroll in Carleton University’s MBA program. The decision to pursue this program was multifaceted, driven by its rich curriculum in Management and Change, coupled with the enticing prospect of joining the Sprott Student Consulting Group. The MBA program at Sprott provided me with the opportunities to develop the skills necessary to launch into my career in Change Management Consulting.

I took a proactive approach during my studies, where I seized every opportunity to further enhance my learning experience. Engaging in a diverse array of courses and immersing myself in extracurricular activities, including a variety of social events, was integral to maximizing my experience and growth. Recognizing the value of mentorship, I am dedicated to empowering incoming MBA students to maximize their experience studying at Sprott!l
