Joyston Leyton Dsouza

I’m Joyston Leyton Dsouza, currently pursuing an MBA at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business. Originally from Dubai, UAE, I have a background in Information Science Engineering. My main purpose for joining Carleton is to enhance my skills and knowledge to effectively run my family business. With experience across various industries including health and counseling, shipping and logistics, and FMCG brands, I bring a diverse perspective to the table. I believe that my international experience can help international students transition to Canada as well. I decided to become a peer mentor to share my experiences and provide support to incoming students embarking on their MBA journey. My passion lies in business development, sales, and market research. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy problem-solving and exploring new challenges. With a strong foundation in technical skills and a drive for results, I’m dedicated to helping others succeed and grow.
