Jesse Dunn
Jesse is an experienced finance and accounting professional currently working in commercial lending at Export Development Canada (EDC), providing financing solutions to large Canadian exporters and their partners/customers. Jesse has been with EDC for four years in a variety of roles including credit risk, product management and loan underwriting. Prior to joining EDC, Jesse worked in public accounting, namely as a financial statement auditor for BDO Canada LLP where he provided auditing services to medium and small private companies and non-profit organizations. Jesse also has experience as a treasurer. Jesse is skilled in financial accounting, audit & assurance and credit analysis & underwriting.
After graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Specialization in Accounting in 2015, Jesse completed Carleton University’s Master of Accounting (MAcc) program in 2018 where he was awarded the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement – Graduate. He obtained his CPA, CA designation in 2019 shortly after graduating from the Carleton MAcc. In 2021, Jesse earned a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University.
