Divisive Change is an area of research that impacts both the public and private sectors. Changes are being made by organizations on a daily basis that create a divide amongst staff that feel differently about the change. What are the consequences of these changes? Will mass turnover ensue? How can the organization move forward in spite of this divisiveness within their branches, divisions, and even their individual teams?
