Devin Fraser is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University. In addition to his teaching, he works with CPA Canada’s evaluations team as an author and marker for the professional education program. 

Devin has experience in finance management at Smart & Biggar, Canada’s largest intellectual property law firm, and in PwC Canada’s Audit & Assurance group. He also has experience in Forensic Services & Corporate Advisory and Restructuring at PwC where he provided investigative and forensic services, such as fraud and financial investigations, fraud prevention services such as fraud risk assessments, and insolvency and bankruptcy services. He gained experience using data analytics within the forensic environment using various tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and forensic technology tools such as Relativity.
