Eva English

Eva holds an MBA and is a lawyer with a passion for social impact. Having studied at Michigan State University and the University of Ottawa, she holds both Canadian and American law degrees.

She currently works for a federal tribunal and previously worked, for several years, at a local software company as a compliance manager, where she also founded and chaired the volunteer and charitable engagement committee.

Eva volunteers with a number of local causes including BGC (the Boys and Girls Club) Ottawa, the Ottawa Mission and Toy Mountain, where she also worked as lead of the toy room operations and volunteer program. She is currently serving as a committee member for the AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) Ottawa Philanthropy Awards.
