Ben is a management professional with nearly 18 years of experience, including 15 years as a program, project and business manager, Ben brings a wealth of practical expertise to his research. He is PMP certified and has worked in critical roles at prominent international and local IT/ICT firms in Iran. Ben’s research aims to develop innovative strategies that leverage digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data to drive business growth and enhance organizational performance. Throughout his industry career, he held senior roles leading complex initiatives across sectors, gaining deep expertise in aligning business goals with operational execution.
He is currently pursuing his PhD in Management at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, with a focus on Strategy and Information Systems. His research explores how emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are transforming organizations and interorganizational dynamics.
His academic interests span the following areas:

In addition to his research, Ben is a dedicated Contract Instructor at the Sprott School of Business and a Part-Time Academic – Post-Secondary Professor at Algonquin College’s project management program. He has developed and designed multiple undergraduate and graduate courses, delivering them in both in-person and online formats. His teaching approach integrates theoretical depth with practical application, drawing from his professional background to enrich student learning.
