I’m a bilingual manager with international experiences, a strong background in statistical analysis, and a passion for testing and measurements. I’m currently leading a team a senior psychometricians and oversees psychometric quality across a variety of large-scale national assessment programs. I earned my Doctorate in Education at University of Dijon, France. Before joining MeasureLearning, I gained international experiences in France and Vietnam while working in a variety of environments.
Why did you choose the Sprott Professional MBA?
After doing extensive search, it became clear to me that the Sprott’s PMBA program offers rigorous and specialized training. Sprott’s PMBA program focuses on strategic management concepts and complex decision making, using approaches like case studies and client-based projects. I see a lot of value in this integrated approach as it reflects on the current needs of organizations. In addition, I have specifically chosen the PMBA for the great flexibility it offers. I’m able to continue working for my company and apply directly what I’m learning. The PMBA also offers a convenient schedule that allows me to balance my personal life and professional life while studying. Being in Ottawa is another central advantage of Sprott School of Business and seeing that the School benefits from state-of-the-art facility with the new Nicol Building is exciting!
Additionally, I see a lot of advantages in the support programs initiated by the Sprott School of Business for PMBA students, including the MBA Virtual Student lounge as a place to connect
remotely, the PMBA Peer and Alumni mentorship initiative to expand my professional network and the PMBA coaching program to receive personalized professional development support.

I lived and worked in Vietnam, Australia, France and Canada. I have explored more than 35+ countries and love adventurous sports.
