Area of Research: Climate Change, International Business

The relationship between International Management and climate change is what motivates Abby to conduct research on climate mobility. She is interested in understanding how the effects of climate change induce forced cross-border mobility – especially in small island states that face sea-level rise, storm surges and natural disasters. Overall, Abby has research interests in cross cultural management, global mobility, and sustainability in International Business.
