- In-person event
Academic conferences are a great opportunity to raise your profile as a researcher. You might be asking some of these questions: What benefits do academic conferences offer? How should you select a conference for participation? If you have already dipped your feet into conferences, how could you become more involved and further leverage this platform to develop your research career?
The Graduate Research Programs Student Society is pleased to invite you to our brown bag series, The ASAC Experience: Making the Most of Academic Conferences. The event will be recorded.
The brown bag session counts toward Sprott research seminar participation.
Our keynote speaker, Dr. Kunle Akingbola, VP Membership and Marketing, ASAC Board of Directors, Associate Professor, Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour, Lakehead University, will discuss the benefits of participating in the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC).
