The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Ottawa Chapter is proud to announce its upcoming event in collaboration with Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business on October 30 in the Nicol Building on Carleton University’s campus.

The event will consist of a panel discussion from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. where esteemed Internal audit practitioners from our Internal Audit community will share insights, experiences, and guidance with students who are eager to learn about the profession and our aspiring community Internal Auditors who want to learn more about a career in Internal Audit.

Panelists: **Sheri Ostridge**, Assistant Comptroller General, Internal Audit Sector – Treasury Board Secretariat Canada; **Hassan Qureshi**, Partner, Enterprise Risk Services Practice – MNP; **Irene Andayo-Michalowski**,
Director, Audit and Evaluation Office – Office of the Auditor General; **Melissa Fournier**, Senior Manager, Risk Advisory Services – BDO Canada LLP.

Following the panel, we will host a networking session from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. that will provide students and Ottawa Chapter members with the opportunity to engage with internal audit professionals on a more personal level.

Appetizers and beverages will be served. Attire is Business/Business Casual.
