Career Event Funding Form

If you would like to attend a career, networking or professional development event (courses/certificate programs are not eligible), you can make a request for financial assistance, as needed.

Please complete this form and provide detailed information. You will be notified within two business days whether or not your request meets eligibility requirements. Reimbursement eligibility is up to 50% of the total submission to a maximum of $200 per semester and $500 per academic year (May 1 to April 30).

Prior to final approval and reimbursement, you will be responsible for providing receipts, proof of attendance and other appropriate documentation as required.
