Jakob Bouse, BCom/26

Jakob Bouse is a graduate of Carleton University’s Bachelor of Commerce program with a concentration in Management.

During his time at the Sprott School of Business, he was an active member of the Sprott Business Students’ Society (SBSS) and Sprott Ace. He was also represented the Sprott School in the 2024 Rotterdam-Carleton International Case Competition and travelled with his team to Rotterdam in the Netherlands to compete in the finals. Jakob also travelled to Longido, Tanzania for BUSI 4117: Developing Creative Thinking, where he contributed to a financial literacy project with the Massai community.

Jakob is also a passionate volunteer for cancer-related causes, including Relay for Life and the Canadian Cancer Society. He has given many talks about his personal experience as a cancer survivor at high school and university Relay for Life events across Ontario and Quebec. He is also an Impact Ambassador at Campfire Circle.

Jakob is working full-time at Export Development Canada in Demand Generation Activation.
