Technological advances, especially among the "digital natives" referred to collectively as Gen Z, have reshaped career expectations while compromising traditional social skills and limiting self-awareness of personal strengths. This research project focuses on bridging the gap by validating Brazen & Co.'s Own Your Vibe framework for young adults' self-awareness and creating a gamified version of it to aid their career transitions. The goal is to generate new knowledge about self-awareness, career choices, and technology integration among young adults, benefitting both individuals and career development counsellors. The project will also offer a new business model to support the partner's future growth.
