A graduate student’s supervisor and mentorship can have immense impact in their research and academic careers. Luciara Nardon, professor of international business at the Sprott School of Business, was named one of six Carleton University faculty members to receive the Faculty Graduate Mentoring Award in recognition of rendering exceptional service to graduate students as supervisors and research mentors.
Co-director of Sprott’s Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work, Luciara’s research examines cultural and societal advancements relating to multicultural work environments, as well as the organizational supports needed for the professional integration of newcomers at work.
