Three professors join the Sprott School of Business faculty
Please join the Sprott School of Business in welcoming three new faculty members to Carleton University: Daniel Gulanowski in International Business, Shi Li in Finance, and Leanne Keddie in Accounting.
Daniel Gulanowski – Assistant
Professor, International Business
Daniel graduated from Sprott’s Ph.D. in Management program in 2018 and holds an MBA with a specialization in International Business and Strategy from Ryerson University. Daniel has taught graduate and undergraduate courses on international business and international management. His research focuses on newcomers’ adjustment and labour market integration, computer meditated communication, and internationalization.
Shi Li – Lecturer, Finance
Shi is currently completing his PhD in Finance from the University of Manitoba and holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick in England. Shi’s teaching areas of interest include investments, corporate finance, derivatives, and international finance. His research focuses on empirical finance, specifically on anomalies, dividend policy and heterogeneous beliefs.
Leanne Keddie – Lecturer, Accounting
Leanne is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Concordia University, and holds an MBA in Management Accounting from McMaster University. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Leanne’s teaching areas of interest include management accounting and sustainability accounting. Her research focuses on corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate governance, and performance measurement.
