PhD alum Inta Cinite's research on organizational change tops most accessed dissertations in 2014
Research by Inta Cinite, PhD/06, on organizational readiness for change was the most accessed dissertation on the widely used ProQuest Dissertation and Theses Database in 2014.
Dr. Cinite completed her PhD in Management dissertation entitled “Measurement of perceived organizational readiness for change and employees’ attitude toward change in the public sector” under the supervision of Dr. Linda Duxbury, Professor of Management and Strategy at the Sprott School of Business.
