BIB students awarded EDC International Business Scholarships

Three Bachelor of International Business (BIB) students have been awarded 2015 International Business Scholarships, valued at $4,000 each, from Export Development Canada (EDC). Caroline Pogue, Jabir Sandhu and Samuel Tersigni are among 30 post-secondary student recipients selected by EDC this year.

“Congratulations to this year’s scholarship recipients, who were selected from hundreds from applicants from universities and colleges across Canada,” said Catherine Decarie, Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications at EDC. “As the next generation of globally-mined business leaders, we are confident you will make meaningful contributions to Canada’s trade culture.”

EDC awards 30 scholarships annually on a competitive basis to post-secondary students across Canada who are pursuing degrees in international business or business combined with sustainable management or environmental studies. Learn more about EDC’s International Business Scholarship.
