The Sprott School of Business recently graduated the sixth class of its MBA program in China. Dean Jerry Tomberlin, along with Ruth McKay, Director of International Programs and Courtney Beauregard, International Programs Offier, attended the program’s convocation which took place in Shanghai at Dongua University.
Since 2005, the Sprott School has been delivering its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in China, in collaboration with the Glorious Sun School of Business and Management at Donghua University in Shanghai.
This partnership allows international students to complete their MBA degree from an internationally recognized Canadian business school.
Faculty from the Sprott School of Business travel to Shanghai to teach courses in a compressed timeframe, allowing students to maintain their jobs and regular daily life with minimal disruption.
In addition to the convocation celebration, orientation was held for the seventh class of the Sprott MBA China program. Recruitment for the next class will begin this fall, with the expected program start date falling in May of next year.
