Students gear up to raise money for 5 Days for the Homeless

Start at 5 p.m. on Sunday, students Mark Featherstonhaugh, Lauren Gouchie, Meha Sethi and Aisling McCaffrey will officially commence their campaign to live outside on campus for five days in efforts to raise awareness and funds for youth homelessness.

All funds raised go to two local charities: Rideau St. Enterprises and Operation Come Home. The students aim to raise $10,000 through this campaign. Donations can be made online at 5days.ca or at any TD Bank in Ottawa. The campaign ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 18.
