Hometown: Ottawa, ONYears of Work Experience: 15+
I embarked on my career as a field technician right after college, specializing in electrical utility protection and control systems. Over the past 15+ years, my curiosity and passion for growth and innovation have propelled me into leadership roles.
Today, as the Superintendent of Station Services in Eastern Ontario, I manage a diverse team of over 90 skilled professionals, overseeing more than 500 utility stations across approximately 42,000 square kilometers. I'm passionate about advancing the energy sector and committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Sprott came with a great reputation and I sought a program that would provide me the analytical tools to continue to excel, innovate, and add value to my industry and career. What really attracted me was its unique blend of structured learning and flexibility, allowing me to work while connecting with peers during in-class sessions. This struck a balance I found very attractive, and lacking in online-only offering, making it a perfect fit for my professional schedule and learning needs.
I love new experiences, while starting my PMBA here at Sprott I am also starting to take Violin lessons. It was something I had been thinking of for a while, although there is no worry of me changing to the Bachelor of Music any time soon!
