Manal Sayid
Sprott Social Impact Hub Advisor
Manal Sayid, MBA, is the Founder and Principal of Sayid Consulting, a strategy and facilitation firm supporting nonprofit and social-impact organizations navigating complex change. She partners with boards, executive teams, and cross-sector coalitions to design participatory planning processes, strengthen collaboration, and translate bold visions into clear, actionable strategies. Her work spans sectors including health, housing, education, and community development, where she is often brought in to guide high-stakes, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Alongside her consulting practice, Manal serves as Regional Director for North America with the International Association of Facilitators and sits on the Board of the John Howard Society of Ottawa. She joins the Sprott Social Impact Hub as an Advisor and Mentor as both a practitioner and systems thinker, with a deep commitment to advancing social innovation that is grounded, relational, and implementable. She is especially excited to see brilliant students take on the kinds of complex, real-world challenges she encounters in her work and bring fresh thinking to them.
Manal is also a proud auntie, a self-proclaimed plant mom (with a surprisingly good survival rate), and someone who loves movement, good design, and slow mornings… ideally with coffee before any decisions are made.
