Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Whether you are looking to advance to more senior roles or pivot to something different, Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business offers several professional master’s programs that will accelerate your career to the future!

Join us for Sprott’s Professional Graduate Programs Open House to discover our professional master’s degree programs, explore pathways to professional accreditations, network with faculty, students and staff, and get answers to all your questions. The event also features specialized presentations for insights to individual programs. Presentation details below.

Our Programs:

Master of Finance

  • Prepare for global careers in finance.
  • Gain knowledge of advanced financial concepts and in-demand data analytics skills.
  • Pathways to CFA® designation and accreditation in financial modeling.
  • Ideal for graduates from quantitative-based programs.
  • Full-time program with internship starts in September.
  • Part-time program starts in September.  

Master of Accounting

  • Fast-track to the CPA designation with CPA-accredited master’s degree.
  • Proceed directly to CPA Canada Common Final Exam upon successful completion of the program.
  • Learn from faculty with extensive CPA experience.
  • Full-time program with internship starts in May. (Courses take place during summer terms.)
  • Part-time program starts in September.

MBA

  • Advance or pivot your career while continuing to work.
  • Integrated management education equips you to lead with purpose and make an impact in a fast-changing environment.
  • Professional stream – minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
  • Intensive, 16-month program delivered on Fridays and Saturdays of alternating weeks with breaks scheduled at convenient times for families.
  • Carleton campus cohort starts in September. Kanata cohort starts in January.

Technology Innovation Management

  • AI-first learning at the intersection of business, technology and innovation.
  • Gain the knowledge, skills and mindset to drive growth and create value, whether as an entrepreneur or within an organization.
  • Convenient schedule allows you to work while completing your degree in 24 months.
  • 5 degree pathways: Master of Technology, Master of Entrepreneurship, Master of Applied Business Analytics, Master of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship, Master of Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience.
