Business Calculus Refresher Course Offered Online this Summer for Incoming First Years

MATH 0009: Business Calculus Refresher (Summer 2020)

The Sprott School of Business has an upcoming opportunity for students who currently have a conditional offer of admission or have accepted their conditional offer of admission to Commerce or International Business for fall 2020. Sprott is offering a business calculus refresher course (the prerequisite to our business calculus requirement) this summer, fully online – with tuition costs waived.

• If you are currently taking high school calculus, this bootcamp will keep you fresh and add some new business applications. It may also help ease the minds of some of you who are taking calculus but are worried you may not be prepared for MATH 1009 in first year (our first-year calculus requirement).
• If you have been admitted conditionally without calculus and must successfully complete MATH 0009 in your first term of study, this summer course, if passed successfully, will replace that requirement so that you will be a Sprott student come September!

This course also provides students with a chance to meet fellow classmates prior to the start of the school year.
