It is with deepest sympathies that we share the sad news that Dr. Carol-Ann Tetrault Sirsly passed away on Friday, January 29 in Montreal.
Carol-Ann was Associate Professor in the Sprott School of Business. A dedicated researcher and teacher, Carol-Ann’s research focused on the areas of corporate social responsibility, sustainable business development, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the Sprott School, Carol-Ann led an extensive executive career across a variety of financial institutions, including the Desjardins Group and the Bank of Montreal. She served on the boards of numerous corporate and not-for-profit organizations.
Carol-Ann will be deeply missed by her colleagues. We offer sincere condolences to all who are touched by her loss.
A memorial on campus has been planned for March 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in 2017 Dunton Tower.
