Over the past decade, the corporate environment and nature of work itself have undergone monumental change. With escalating pressures on organizations to be innovative, efficient, and accountable, competencies in leadership and change management are increasingly in demand.

The Sprott MBA Management and Change concentration develops the theoretical and practical skill sets needed for success in this dynamic and complex environment.

This concentration is ideal for managers and professionals who are looking to improve their mastery of management skills or advance their career to senior managerial levels. Students will learn to think strategically and develop applied skills in management, leadership and change.

Graduates of the Sprott MBA Management and Change concentration will be equipped to:

  • Work as a consultant in the areas of change management, strategic management and human resource management
  • Work in a management position in a company that is undertaking change
  • Work in a strategic position within human resources, training and development or organization development areas within the public, private or not-for-profit sectors


The courses in the Sprott MBA Management and Change concentration explore the different aspects of what today’s managers need to know to effectively lead and manage people, teams and change.
