Area of Research: Banking and Finance
Her research area is in how the financial market perceives banks’ opacity and how the implicit government guarantees on big banks affect the market discipline. She is also interested in applying the Conditional Value-at-Risk model to evaluate the risk spillover effects from the financial sector to other real sectors. She is experienced in analyzing U.S. bank regulatory data, stock trading data and banks’ financial statement data from different data source.
